Why is it that everyone either has a love or hate relationship with Flappy Bird? The people that get high scores obviously love the game, but others, like me, say they hate the game because they can’t get a high score.  I can’t count the amount of times I have thrown my phone across the room in frustration and dramatically deleted the app, before re-downloading it two minutes later.

At first I thought I was in love, but then I realized it just wasn’t a good relationship. We would fight every day, causing me to throw my phone across the room in total anger.

I feel like I’m getting nowhere in the relationship, like there is always something in the way of where I want us to go.

I keep ending up right back where I started, at the beginning.

You never let me do what I want, you’re always in my way. You never budge.

You make me feel like an angry bird sometimes.

Flappy Bird, I hate you.

With Valentine’s Day approaching tomorrow, I feel like I need to make the decision of whether to keep you in my life or cut you out completely.

You have been taking up way too much of my time. Because of you I never have time to go see my friends or have a social life.

You make me feel like I’m not good enough for you.

But while we have had our bad times, we have also had some really fun times together.

Flappy Bird, I have decided that I’m going to give you a second chance, but you really need to prove yourself or I’m going to have to make a difficult decision and end this for good.

And this time there’s no re-dowloading.
