The 11th annual SACNAS Outreach Program is being hosted at UCSB this upcoming April 13th–14th, 2017. This program is dedicated to high school students of all grade levels and we encourage everyone to apply; however, priority will be given to juniors, sophomores, and seniors as well as those who have applied to UCSB. The program aims to give high school students exposure to the college atmosphere by connecting them with undergraduate mentors in the field of their interest. The students will stay the night in the freshman dorms and eat in the university dining commons to get a feel for what college is like. The program includes STEM workshops, facility tours, presentations on financial aid and admissions, as well as information about summer programs available to high school students. Every year more workshops and tours  are offered to the students that attend the outreach.
