United Way is currently preparing for Fun In the Sun, their award winning 6 week summer learning program for local academically and financially at-risk children and families. They are looking for motivated and responsible incoming 10th-12th grade high school students to volunteer as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) this summer. As Counselor-in-Training, a student will:

-Make a difference by being a mentor
-Gain leadership skills and work experience
-Receive college and career preparedness/guidance
-Boost their resume and college applications
-Fulfill community service hours
-Explore career opportunities
-Enjoy the great activities and field trips that Fun in the Sun offers
-Make lifelong friends and mentors
